OUR RETURNS POLICY

At Time for Diamonds, we strive to achieve uncompromising quality through a timeless sense of luxury, refinement and elegance. We want all of our clients to be satisfied and happy with their purchases.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item / items within 14 days from the date of your receipt in exchange for a gift voucher of the same value as the item / items you are returning.

 

No refunds are given.

 

Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition, complete with all packaging and / or box.

 

Due to health and safety regulations, earrings may only be returned if faulty.

 

If you place a special order for a non-standard item or ring size, you will be unable to return the product, unless it is faulty. This is due to the fact that it will have been manufactured specifically to fulfil your order and, as such, cannot be resold.
